I was appointed as a Planning and Housing Commissioner last December. This book has been extremely valuable in providing insight and advice as to my duties and responsibilities as a Commissioner. I want to do the best job that I can for my City - and this guide provides me some of the tools to do so. This is not a "one time read" book as I've highlighted many portions to refer back when the need arises. I give kudos to the authors for compiling this wealth of information.
We purchased to help educate our Planning Commission on their duties. Provided some good insight for me as well as a Zoning Official. How I can better inform them so they can make a decision.
