And why the experiment failed when I tried to duplicate it. It is explained by two properties of water I didn't know about, and I bet you don't either. When I got to that part of the book, it was an "aha!" moment. Or again like the time I saw bifidobacteria from yogurt (under microscope) jiggling in a sort of synchronized dance while rigidly maintaining a highly organized formation ... You probably don't believe me (hardly believed my own eyes), but after reading this book I now have a plausible explanation. If you're like me and like to experiment, you'll appreciate this book.

Dr. Pollack is a rogue scientist who thinks outside the box. Scientific theory can be flawed for a long time, so challenging how we think, and reexamining old assumptions requires leadership and creativity. We must have more people with the courage to undertake thought provoking experiments. Dr. Pollack is demonstrating how new breakthroughs are discovered. This book is a must read for people interested in water science. This book is about something that seems ordinary, but he shows proof that we are clueless about the hidden nature of water. The fountain of youth is undoubtedly filled with EZ water, and that knowledge is life changing.
This book peels away so much of what I used to think to be true about the Universe & how physical matter & energy relate. Actually, everything is energy at different frequencies. Very interesting reading. Combined with other research, I believe everything stated in this book to be true.
Easy to understand explanation of water as an aqueous gel that holds and conducts electricity. Nice to know how the body gets most of its energy, since ATP only provides about 20% of the total used. Love the illustrations, and Pollack gives credit to others who discovered some of the interesting qualities of water long ago. I have purchased three other copies of this book to give to my doctor and my relatives. A must-read book.
Scientific info but not boring. Easily digestible chapters. If you like TED talks, you'll enjoy this one. Really, really, really interesting book.
While there were places that were beyond my understanding, the basic information the I was looking for was pretty clearly explained. I would recommend this book to those looking for greater understanding of water's effects on the body.
